you could get the extended rod ends like you said, but you need to make sure that doesn't make the bypass too long and bottom out too soon

    one other thing.
so i put on a custom/homemade vato zone intake, when i stand by my engine and adjust my throttle higher by hand i can almost hear a sucking vacuume noise coming from my airfilter, can this mean the air filter is too small and doesnt have enough surface area for enough air to get into the engine? or is it supposed to sound like that

    ...too much shit to list.
You do realize that the engine runs under vacuum right? Air has to come from somewhere. The only difference now is you hear the sound because of the open air filter and no silencers.

yeah but i was wondering if the sucking sound came from the air filter being too small?

and thats what i thought but i wasnt sure.. Thanks!

also.... the little rubber hose that goes to the stock airbox, how essential is that? it looks to be a vaccum line or something like that, but i dont feel any suction or air blowing out of it.

thats the crankcase breather line. usually has to go back into the intake after the MAF. i wouldent let it vent to the open air .where exactly does it connect to on the stock airbox?

theres a hole in the intake i bought right after the maf but it doesnt fit the hose.
and i dont know where exactly, but there was a plastic nub coming off the airbox that it went on.

This morning i noticed my shock wasn't lining up properly so I went to King and they said thats too much preload for my spring and its causing it to bind(if i understood him correctly). The previous owner had even more preload which doesn't make sense to me but anyways my current spring is an 18" with 500lbs.

Does anyone have a 16" spring with 600 or 650lbs they wanna sell me?

Edit: How much do used springs sell for?

    Here's a pic too:
