    ok ill look into that. the hose is already begining to frew from rubbing from when he had the kit...:rolleyes:

    Yes but dontn buy the whole hose, lol matt. Just buy the 90 degree fitting, i only paid like 12 for both fittings and 1hrs time.

    he's placed it right behind the hood scoop so i guess he's trying to make it a ramflow intake into the set up like an older muscle car or something. in theory it would work, i wonder if it actually does efficiently though

    Hood scoops are't effiecent unles super tall, to get out of the low pressure zone which directly on top of the car/vehicle.

    For a mount like that if he had a cowl style hood it would have decent effieceny tho:cool:

    I still cant get the steering extension off the previous owners rack... any suggestions?
