I still got jigs, could throw some together if people really needed them. Doesn't help if you already broke the side though

That's if no one else making them now, if DMZ is making them get them from him. Tim's work is top notch

Actually DMZ is not making me motor mounts. Was browsing on my phone and did not see the picture of Bobert's motor mounts.

My scenario was that my motor mounts held up fine, the just cracked and split the frame.

Tim pulled out my motor and pulled the mounts back out, plated the damage area and called it a day. This is a temp band aid solution which will hold out fine, but the truck is going back to his shop in Jan for a whole new upgrade which is when he will re visit the front.

I will see if he plans on doing the motor mounts but if not, there is a market and i would be one in line to get them

I redid the frame ones and use the existing mount that goes to the motor. I didn't pull the motor either, but I also have a 4cyl so there is a lot more room.

Did you check the side gears or just the R&P?

is this the same case for 6 lug 4 cylinders? so i wouldnt have to yank my engine to solid mount my engine?
sierra expeditions took it apart, so i would assume they checked the side gears as well.. ill call and ask right now.

All it takes is one of the two side gear to break on an open diff and the front axles won't spin at all.

they said they checked everything and everything is Okay.
when i took my hubs apart i didnt notice anything out of line, they said my springs inside of my hubs could be worn out causing it not to lock in.

hey, i have a strange noise that sounds like its coming from my camburg kit but sometimes i feel like its coming from the rear, i just cant pin point where it is coming from. The noise only happens when i hit small quick bumps or pot holes but never when i hit speed bumps or when my suspension cycles. has anyone every had their LCAs make noise bc thats what it sounds like.

Check bolts, bushings and uniballs. Have someone try to bounce it to recreate the noise. Jack the front end up and check your steering parts and bearings.
