i have checked every bolt under the truck and its so strange that it will not happen when i go over any type of roll over bumps where the suspension gets to cycle, it almost sounds like the bed is loose that the kind of noise im geting. im going to grease everything and take the shock off and move the kit around to see if I can hear anything ill let you guys know the outcome

how are your bedsides mounted? I have seen it before where a loose bedside will contact the pinchweld at the back of the cab creating a loud knocking noise

sometimes i think it is my bedside but all the bolts are tight and i checked by putting a layer of tape on the cab pinch weld to look for rub marks and it was un touched.

Could also be the actual bed bolts being loose. Mine come loose all the time. Grab the bottom of the bed near the cab and try and lift the bed up..

Mine never clicks off when fueling just when full. My fuel door opens when I go out.

Once I started getting a clixking while driving I found my noise to be the fuel door rattling. Little tape and stopped the noise.

Also just to make sure that arm doesnt hit the hoop at full bump, I custom made my secondary hoops with a friend, and just cycled my arms the other day looks like my hoop taps my arm at full bump.

I'm sure Total Chaos took that into consideration when they made them, my uppers aren't that different from TC to run into issues.
