It takes time, that's the only way to do it right. My brother was shocked when I cycled his suspension for hours getting his bumps right. They kinda act like a sway bar on the street it's awesome.

that thing is nuts man. the cage is awesome on the inside and he has 3 full race seats in it as well. its what i could ever dream for.

^^theres a crack i the windshield. Last i saw those things are like 900 for the glass alone..

No i think i might be a crack cuz i think thats a fist mark right above the crack right? And a key wont scratch glass

Ahh didnt see that. Anyways how many leaf sprung lt 5 lugs are using stock bumps?? or any one using stock rubber bumps?

 

I did for a long time. Never used hydro's because you really only need them if you're jumping 5+ ft high.

 

I'm still running stock bumps with my 62"s

 

2" or 4" bumps for the front of a 96 2.4 ?

 

2'' if you're going to strike off the LCA. 4'' if you're going to bump off the UCA via an engine cage.

 

I'd even go shorter, 1.5" or so if they're mounted inward on the LCA as you don't want to be riding the bumps, or for it to be in contact for a large percentage of travel at the wheel.

 

well for now ill go with the 2" off the lca, and after i get rid of the cast lift spindle, id like to bump off the top.
