Thanks guys, it helps with ordering parts from here. I think I'm going to try 18'' 600 pound springs. Might have to get a spring compressor to get them on but I will have zero preload and I don't think they'll have the sagging issues the 16'' had (I have ditched the plate bumper and winch in favor of a tube bumper).

 

I've got a question for everybody on the subject of long travel!
My truck has 9000 on the dash... Is it too soon to set up a LT kit? haha

A suspension upgrade is imminent, there is no way I am keeping this truck stock. I was planning on mid travel but my buddies are nudging me towards LT and I could just wait a little longer.

god i want to drive one so bad! I have to get with my buddy and beg him to let me drive his baja race buggy

 

if there is any thought of doing LT... might as well just save up for it and do it once...

I am just a little uneasy cutting holes into the stock bed! I've seen large shock hoops in the rear that dont cut into the bed, but there must be a down side to that, any pros and cons?
