    i cant remember....it was between 100-120 though....but it looks/feels like it tightened way more than the stock bushings....the rear ones look 100% fine

    buy a stick of delrin from ebay, 2' diameter, at least 12" long, and take it to any shop with a lathe. shouldnt cost you more than $100 to make a set of 8 for the front, less if you get hooked up with the machining or do it yourself.

    does your tc lowers have a front crush sleeve?

    Lots of expensive shit
    Engage doesn't use crush sleeves for their bushings. So when you tighten the cams they squish the bushings into the slot and it tears the bushings apart... same reason your truck will never hold an alignment. And the ones I have fixed some off the arms are off by over a 1/4" so its an absolute nightmare to get the lower in with delrin bushings

    LSK sells these machined pieces that you fit between the alignment tabs and it has a hole drilled out perfectly for the alignment cam bolt. All you have to do is pop it in and weld it in and you're solid mounted. Stronger and more exact than weld washers. It's pretty cool.

    will that work even if i need both of my cams maxed in to maintain proper camber? if i did weld washers i would need them all the way in....and i do have the heims adjusted out also.

    if you're maxed one way with cams, then you should be able to adjust more with your upper heims. The machined pieces are set so your arms are at the outer end of your cam holes, so max negative camber. then you adjust the upper heims out.

    my heims are already adjusted out a ways...like 1/2 to 3/4" out

    i know....with stock uppers/lowers i had almost -3* camber .... atleast now its almost perfect..
