Doesn't look like it's rubbing much. Grab a grinder.

OK. I have looked for this. I am making a custom 1.5" kit. I am looking for longer tie rods to make up the difference. What do you guys suggest?

If you're making the kit, why not just weld some threaded bungs into a piece of ~1'' tubing and use heim joints to make the tie rods?

I personally wouldn't run tubing for a tie rod extension. I'd outsource it to a machine shop and have it built from a piece of solid stock. Just my preference though.

Yea that is more or less what I'm asking for. Do you know off hand what the thread size and pitch of the inner tie rods are?

    Sorry, not off hand.
I would extend it at the outer tie rod though as such:

That is tough to tell what is added. I see the extension piece. Where was that from? Or did you have it machined out?

Polished center section to the right of the tie rod. That's the piece included with the Burg kit for a first gen.
As long as you have dimensions and threads you need, any machine shop should be able to lathe it out for you. Unfortunately a +1.5" kit is unusual so I don't think you'll be able to buy an off the shelf part.

    Lots of expensive shit
16mm x 1.5. But doing it that small is gonna be hard, the threads are usuall 1.5" deep

I need bumpstops. What are good options to look into? Looking for fronts. maybe rear. Wasn't looking for hydro bumps. Timbrens are $325 with the "long travel spacer"(pushes te bump downs. Little more to touch earlier). I have stock bumpstops and they've never touched. Tire hits te inner fender well first. And I'm not ready to tub.

    What are some options fellas?

I thought you said you don't have to worry about rubbing issues in your build thread..I'm running the timbrens up front and they feel pretty good on the big hits..but I'm still rubbing the inner fenders pretty good and to the point where there is metal tearing. Rubbing the inner fenders is just a part of having LT if you don't want to tub it out and run an engine cage. Unless of course you want to run a super tall bump and limit the up travel to the point of having something close to a mid travel setup so no rubbing can happen lol
