the frame and suspension mounting points are all tied together which eliminates swaying and flexing which will tighten the overall composure of the truck. Less body roll, less sway, better handling overall.

I see. Nice! Not that I have to worry about it anytime soon but I can't decide if I would ever cage mine or not. I don't really like the idea of tearing apart the interior. Should put safety before looks though huh? haha

Its pretty amazing, without frame flex and body roll it forces your shocks to absorb bumps. Its much less noise in a way, things are louder because I have no interior currently, but all of the cab squeaking and flexing noises are gone

Just for shits and giggles, what's a good ballpark price to cage a DCSB?

Just cab cage? Full race legal? Include engine cage and tie into bedcage?

without negotiating for price and without finding deals on metal, you're looking at $8-10K for a full cab and engine cage which should also tie into rear shock cage.

That does look pretty good actually. Probably a little easier to do since you have an access cab. I would like to be able to still ride at least 4 people in the cab. How do your A pillars and dash look?

Any one have a picture of a LT rear end on a 1st gen with the shock hidden up in the wheel well like the 2nd gens?

you mean not protruding into the bed? You cant with 1st gens unless you get a wider axle. The frame doesnt dovetail like 2nd gens and you have to run the shocks inside the frame because there is no space between the frame and the wheels.

Aiming to bring top of the line suspension, at a very affordable cost. As well as helping the off-road community
You can do cantilever. We'll have some pretty cool pictures in the next couple days of jordans 1st gen canti setup.
