my cage is surprisingly quiet..hardly any squeaks or creaks..mostly just noise resonating through the tubes. My rear bypasses do click a lot and it always sounds like something is loose

The bushings on your shock will be either 1.25" or 1.5". You'll have to measure your own shocks, and see which width they are.
As for mounting radius, I'm not sure

Can you use the 3" radius ones for the lower mounts on the axle?

The thing I didn't like about 5 points in a DD is you don't realize how often you lean forward at intersections to look around corners or to check in your blind spots when lane changing. Reaching for you glove compartment or something you dropped on the floor, drive-thru's, toll booths... you gotta loosen and tighten your top straps every time... whaaa
That and little trips around town, kinda a pain to strap in every time. Feels safe though.
For the ladies I only see it as a positive, cause you get to strap them in.

Could you leave the original seatbelts in for DD and have the 5 points for offroading? Might look tacky, but would be handy. haha

That's what I figured. Maybe find some way to tie the 5 point harnesses back for DD'ing so it doesn't look so tacky and that aren't as in the way.

If you have full race seats they are too deep for the lap belt to go over the top and be effective. The only way is to feed the stock belt through the belt slots, and if you do that one of the belts is going to interfere with the other. I agree with not realizing how much you have to lean forward in daily driving, its kind of a pain sometimes. But the way I look at it is if you don't want to deal with the harnesses then don't cage your DD. But in fairness I still get a huge grin every time I strap on the harnesses, so maybe I'm just not sick of it yet :D

No it refers to the width of the misalignment spacers at the top of your shock. My SAWs & foxes used 1.25" width but the FOAs are 1.5" think king is the same. Go for 1.5 if your not sure cause you can always just get wider spacers

If your putting on the rear I would go 1.5" like DTF said and add spacers if needed, it will give more room for gnarticulation

The mounting "radius" is actually the diameter of the tube you are installing the part on. 1.75" would be for 1.75 tubing and 3" would be for the axle

Edit: BTW Ruffstuff has more options on sizes and shapes

Those are for us that dont have cages... They go in the stock spot and are retractable. Then you can lock it out tight on you when you are wheeling...
