I'm running the F55 pack and my rear out performs my front TC LT kit. The F55 and the F67 are long travel springs. I've heard of guys pulling 19"+ wheel travel with 12' shackles over the frame and F67 packs.

Haha very true...well, looks like I am going the deaver way... So I have a set of 16" 2.5 fox shocks bc I got a screamin deal on them. What are my options as far as best travel with still keeping mostr functionality of my bed?

I can't vouch for the current allpro springs but I know engage still sells the old allpro 50T pack and it's made somewhere overseas. Deaver as far as I know makes their springs in house. It's been a LONG time since I've been to their shop but at least I know they used to make all their stuff in house by hand.

You could do a pretty basic bedcage for those shocks that hugged the edges of the bed leaving most of the center area open for use. Pretty commonly done.

19"+ is pushing it I think. Between a slight negative arch at bump and your leafs seperating at droop, there's only so much travel you can pull. For the F67's, I'd shoot for 18", maybe 19" if your setup is peferct. All the 62" leafs will be limited by this.

How much weight are you going to have in the bed? If not much, then the F67's will be fine. If you're thinking of having 2 spares, extra fuel, random stuff, then look into the H70 pack from Deaver or the 50T pack from Engage Offroad

Yeah if you wanna do it right you gotta take off the bed during install.

It's only what I have heard. I am pulling about 17" with my F55 pack and 9" shackle through the frame.

    Yes it works.
The pinion is the same. No changes needed to the driveshaft.

    What locker?
If you have a TRD 8.0 Tacoma third member/axle with an e-locker, you'll need a 8.4 third member as they are not the same. If you have an 8.4 with like an ARB or Detroit or something then yes, the third members are the same.
