In my opinion rear fights axle wrap more than front because it fights the compression side of the shock, front mount fights the rebound.

I always thought it was opposite, since the pinion points upward under axle wrap so the front would be compression controlled and the rear would be rebound. :notsure:

We went over this before. I think the conclusion was "tradition" shackle benefits more from rear of axle and inverted works better in the front of the axle.

I'm hypocritical cause I've leaned them forward on everything except my exploder but I've always wondered why everyone leans them forward. I've always thought to myself that it makes more sense to actually lean them backwards. The way the leaf travels and the motion of the axle, to me, leaning them backwards mounted off the front would be optimal. I've only seen one truck ever done that way and it was built by TJ Flores... Just something to difficult. Probably not worth it cause everyone and their mother would say you're an idiot eventhough I personally think it makes the most sense function wise.

I lost that nut once. Now i run a nylock nut with locktite haha. It's scary to have to drive 90 miles knowing you're missing the UCA nut.

I'm running the tundra bolt from same year tundee. The stick one was just a tad to short with the TC gussets. Tundee one was about a inch longer. Worked out great!

    Mine was loose yesterday

I loosened it up a bit more and slathered it in red loctite and tightened it back up.

Jordan you should look into a nylon lock nut or a castle nut and drill the bolt
