    from what i read in his build thread hes going to the fiberwerx 6.5" fenders from the glassworks which is only 4"

    hey would anyone happen to have a set of top mounts for a first gen that would fit king shocks?


    i just got done installing everything and im kinda thinkin the mounting brackets the truck shop gave me arent going to allow the UCA much clearance from the reservoir hose.... and theres no way to swivel or move the mount to allow for a different way for the hose to go

    ^if you look at socalrunners build thread, he mounted the resi on top of the uca, seems pretty cool to me

    hey guys is this a good deal? i need some guidance..they need a rebuild, and im still a LT noob but on the giant rear SUA kit they are running 2.5x16s these are 2.5x12s, 12 and 16 are the lengths of the shock right? what would you guys suggest getting?

    12" is the stroke of the shock... the difference between the compressed and extended lengths...

    that's a pretty good deal for those shocks, but you can't use them, so there's no point to get them

    they are too short i was looking at them too. you need at least a 14 i think. im going with 16.

    I'm running 18" travel shocks with my Giant rear. What will work really depends on the angle at which you mount your shock. The more shock angle, the shorter the shock that you can get away with for the same amount of axle movement.

    I have 16's leaned forwars at 20*. Had them at 25* before and didnt really gain much travel. 15-20* should be perfect though.
    my 16's are capable of around 19" at that angle, but I can probably get more, but idk what I strapped it at. setup is also custom.
