As far as mounting my 40" Led I made a custom bracket by using sheet metal bending it over. to Drill two holes on the cab inbetween door jam. bolting it there.

I dont really know any company selling them for our trucks.

    ADD hubs fit tundra axles.

    Lots of expensive shit
It's going to require a custom axle. And switching to ADD axles will require a different hub. You need to contact currie or summers bros. They will need to make an axle the.length you need with the spline ends you.need.

The last 4wd Tacoma I did had the ORS manual kit, he broke outer CVs every trip out with the stock front end. We switched to the ADD axles when we did the long travel and he has a yr of crawling with 35s and no failures and just stepped up to 37s.

The ADD outer CVs are larger and stronger.

Annnnnd some eye candy. Long Travel I'm finishing up. ADS coilovers, my kit, with silver vein powdercoat to change it up a little.

Yes the tundra cv is the way to go. For the longtravel we r running we use tundra complete axles with outer lip on upper cv cup ground off to get the extra gnarticulation, so the ORS kit he would want would be the tundra kit, which should be all tundra cv ends....tacoma kit is for stock length axles.

That said I have a year n half on my tundra cvs and seem to be holding up good. Only tore one boot and it was the 930 bates that tore.

I feel your guys pain, I've gone through this headache too many times. I'll never go 4wd IFS ever again. Only way I'd go back to 4wd drive is TTB or solid front axle. Speaking of solid axle, anyone want to buy my FJ80? Ha
