ahhh..bummer.

 

went to pismo today to do some testing on the new secondaries and rebuilt rear bypasses. the front did absolutely amazing and ate everything, but the rear didn't feel so good. it felt like it was bucking and just no where near as smooth as the front. I do not know the valving in the rear, as i didn't mic the shims when they were out haha. but based on this video, what would you guys say that the rear would benefit from?

this run was around 50mph

yea man, get that leak taken care of first! it was ok out there, basically had the whole place to our selves,
did a few 60mph runs up the beach

The second whoop you can see the rear really kick it up and start the rocking of the truck..or is it just me?

I think the rebound needs upped a bit?

 

Your blowing through your up travel way too fast. Needs more compression valving. Also seems to be packing a bit, so try lighter rebound

 

this is what i feel. so maybe a little slower comp and a little faster rebound

 

ok this confirms my thoughts. these f67s dont have much up travel haha

 

Yeah and unfortunately leafs need all the up travel they can get

 

would it be worth the money to have them rearched and gain another 2-3" yup travel, or better to just ditch them and start looking for say a 50t or h70?
