The 2+ Enduro seats were too wide for my 2nd gen. Would have been rubbing the door and center console when closed.

Never measured how wide, don't care if it tucks.

You never cycled to see if your glass fit? then got an expensive paint job/wrap? And your proud of that?

Trust me, he cycled it and everything clears. He meant he doesn't care if the width tucks.

I'm an e-fabber... I learned everything from DR cause I can't hang with the pros on this forum that's for damn sure!

(truth be told... The tire bumps well short of the fender lip... so therefore... DGAF if it tucks, it never gets that high anyways. It also bumps out before any of the pictures above. I clearanced for well PAST what it will ever see as long as the bumps and shocks don't rip off.)

Question, is there an equation to figure out how much preload is needed to get 1" of height on coilovers? I need to get around 1.5" of lift on the drivers side to match the passenger.

Roughly 2:1. 1" of preload is 2" of height. It will vary slightly due to different shock angles and ratios

And I'm sure everyone assumes that pictures above are all done and finished shots, I assure they are not, there's no sharp edges and the cab has been all patched back together with sheetmetal and filled in...

Funny, almost the exact same shot there! The pictures I posted are with the tire probably bumped higher then it will ever see. LOL The other thing I really like is that with the MCM kit and the way I set up the truck, when it's at full bump, we still have quite a bit of ground clearance in the center! We're not dragging frame nearly as bad as a lot of other trucks I see yet we still have ample up travel! Heck, our skids are barely scraped!!! Well, the fronts at least, the rear on the other hand... LOL It earns it's keep!

In reality though, there's not much concern when the truck only hits curbs and speed bumps at the mall so it makes sense there'd be no markings on that expensive wrap!

Ha nice yeah that's about an inch higher than my bump and full lock on the wheel. I have yet to rub anything now if I could just keep the mini fenders from tearing the mounts off the still moving cab

LOL, that sucks! I have the cab plated quite a bit to the cage on that truck above! I do rub a TINY bit on the rear fenders... I need to trim a tiny bit more glass in the rear and I also rub the bumpstop can on the inner sidewall of the tire on articulation but it is what it is. I'm not concerned with that...

on a side note, I put up a new tent in my front yard!

hahaha THIS. i'm not even smashing mine around 'till i redo the clip and pin mounts, and plate the cab to the tubework.

on that note, would I be likely to rip my cab if I plate cab to cage, because it only has the C pillar done, and a few tubes to plate it to off the engine cage. I've got full bedcage, c pillar, and engine cage, but i'm worried about the twist the frame might see in the middle, where there is a lack of support. what do you all think? i plan on plating the rest of it and moving the b pillar a few inches back flush with the rear window once i chop the body mounts off and finish the cage, but that wont be for 6+ months.
Think i can get away with having the cab plated to a c pillar and the engine cage?
