RJ what if you have changes made and or need a repair? Fire hazard? Likewise it will only go so far once the expanding process starts.

Exactly. That stuff is bad juju. It is also corrosive and makes the inside of the tubing rusty.

you going to drill every 2-3 feet to keep filling it ? no way its going to "flow" through and fill. cutting and welding might not agree with it lol.

 

No, I'm putting it in two spots; where my bed cage meets my cab cage. I'm going to mess around with it with some spare tubing I have at the shop, so I just bought one can.

Thanks for the heads up though guys!! I need to look into if it's corrosive to the metal that's for sure.

that stuff doesn't work. I've tried it already. Don't waste your time, plus it will add weight to your truck

 

That tow rig and and a daily driver is probably your best bet for dealing with the noise that bothering you RJ, just a few bucks more that the can.

Not a resi, it's an oil cooler, there's a separate resi for the nitro

Check fan blade for making contact with fan shroud. If it is your engine mount caved into your frame.

My driver's side did it a few years back and passenger side did it this week. I just got done welding it back up amd pitting dmz's gussets on it

 

Looks great but I hope you don't plan on bumping off the upper

We do plan on making the switch down the road.

Do you think it'll cave in? It's a similar design to what I've been running with no issue. There are supports under the strike zone.
