Long Travel BS Thread

First of all we do care about our customers and try to keep everyone happy, unfortunately sometimes the work load is very heavy and we use outside vendors for certain products and we have to go with their timelines also, something we always tell all our customers is we are a race shop first, then a production line company, we always put a broken vehicle or a race vehicle that needs to go race the following weekend as priority over a person that has ordered a product, and this is told to everyone from the very beginin, most people dont experience this as we do not always recieve repair work, but when it does happen we do go out of our way to keep everyone happy, and most people will never see how far we go to help out our customers when they break, as most of our customers dont break, as for the 4x4 axles, we are the only company still trying to figure out how to get true long travel out of a 4x4 system, we will not sell modified OEM axles so our customers have 12-13" of travel and loose out on the rest, it has been dificult but we still are currently trying new products and new companies to try and obtain our goals, and finally, we do get alot of inquiry at races about our product line, and if you have ever approached us at a race to talk about a sale, im sorry, but that is a bad time to do so, I Hassim the owner of Engage Off Road apologise if you have ever spoken to me directly and have had to blow you off due to the enviornment we are in, we care tremedously about our cutomers and try to keep everyone happy, but we are a business and at the end we have to charge to keep our doors open....Hassim...EngageOffRoad....909-238-6788
