ATO front skid (need more but icon's might fail if I hang anything else from my truck) All-Pro front bumper thanks to a good deal here and a pesky encounter with a rock or 20, total chaos uppers.
Nice! And wow those cleaned up quite a bit!

I use a splitter and my CB antenna also functions as my FM radio antenna.

Funny, I painted my Radflo bumps today. I haven't touched them for several years. The cans corroded on the inside where the welds were despite painting them well, and it ate into the bump body coating a little. They still had 113 psi, so I guess that's good news. I'm thinking of using plastidip on the shocks to help preserve them. I usually pull them once a year for inspection, polish, and a fresh coat of wax but derp might work better than paint....

I think I am going to replace my prerunner style tire carrier with a vertical, Jeep like tire carrier.

I am tired of the lost bed space when it is mounted inboard and it hangs out too much for my liking when mounted outboard.

I am going to use the trailer axle style hinge, the super heavy duty ones. I am tired of the way the bushings flex when I open the tire carrier and the difficulty of aligning the holes and pins every time I open and close it (probably more a characteristic of my build quality than the design).

Am I crazy? Any good reason to not build a vertical swing out tire carrier on a long travel truck?

Bit higher COG and a lot of rear weight on the ass end. Mine adds a lot of weight. My rear bumper is well over 200lbs now.

Yeah, I got there at 11:30 and left at 6! I was on the grill cooking most of the time.

I was parked infront of the Rebel trailer by all the Ez-ups. I wondered where you were at.

I'm sorry dude, I don't remember that. Most of the people hanging by my truck I met today. Only knew the 2 guys that came with me.
