    I just revalved my bypasses and they took a hair over half a gallon. They are SAW 3.0 three tube 14" bypasses.

    For you 4wd guys, did you drop the front diff to weld in the DMZ motor mount gusset?

    does anyone know if the tundra axles still use the outer cv dust cover? i didnt know the new ones didnt come with them so now i dont have inner or outer dust covers...

    I have the skids off and am dropping the lowers etc to do the cam tab gusset's, figured it might be a good time to do the engine mounts

    You have to drop it to weld correctly.

    ICON Extended travel Coilovers, Custom leaf pack, custom sliders and F&R bumpers, 295 75 17 Toyo Open Country MT's, On-Board air with F+R connectors, On-Board water with quick disconnect shower.Trimmed fenders and body mount chop. LOTS of wiring, dual battery setup, Solar charging system, with some random lights spread around here and there.
    I dropped the LCA's and full front diff to gusset the motor mounts. I made my own gussets though. It was much easier to get to that way.

    I didn't. I only did one side though. I had enough room after removing the axle.

    Passenger.

    My driver's side broke a few years back, paid a shop to fix and gusset it. Passenger side broke about four months back, I fixed and gusseted it.

    happend to me once. the shop that did my alignment backed the heims out to far and one popped out on me, looks like they unthreaded it to much
