I got it pretty clean with one piece of metal. Wasn't easy but worked great. 20-22 ga is the way to go

ive welded most of one side together..cant wait to grind down these ugly ass welds lol

 

anyone know how to attach led bar brackets to the roof without having to grab the nut underneath? cant get under the headliner

Nope. I wasn't knocking on the truck haha I can't even hold a camera still for my dad when he does 0-60 times on asphalt haha

Its pretty easy to see the trail from the drivers seats. That angle makes it look harder than it really is. Its really the surface you are looking at. It all looks the same but the road is smoother lol

 

u flat landers are another breed lol.... looks like a kick in the pants. i like driving fast on dirt but my truck isn't built to float over stuff like your guys'. so in turn, i live vicariously through your videos haha
