why shorten the misalignments when they are not the issue. kit was designed to use a certain misalignment, and you put the gusset on too close together, do it right, unless you want to do it again later.

Not saying its not the right way, just saying they are made to be like that. TC gussets fit good, they were a perfect fit on passengers side. Just on driver's side they were welded too tight. I'll remove them tomorrow and reweld them to fit right.

Have you asked Anthony about it? He made the kit, I'm sure he would have the answer.

There is a gap on one side because the arm isn't centered, the other heim misalignment is up against the outside gusset, not all the way in it's slot, it is overlapping the tube/bolt part of the coilbucket shifting the whole arm over.

Are all the misalignments the same on both arms or are there short and tall ones?

    Are all 8 the same?
Spacers seem too wide for a gusset welded just a little tight on one side.

It's either there are different misalignments and you have them on the other upper arm,

    or

the old kits misalignments were not the same widths for both arms and your gussets are off accordingly. Looks like a good 3/16th on each side.

All 8 misalignments are the same. Old kit didn't had gussets, gussets were installed 2 weeks ago for the new kit.

hahaha i was going to say something but figured you would

does anyone have a good connection for uniballs and heims? have some pretty rusty ones on the new truck, and while I'm going through it I figure i might as well take care of that. Looking for a good balance of quality and price.... probably wont have the same front kit forever.
