seriously. it would be a perfect little play truck. all it needs it the rear susp built. i kinda toyed with the idea of picking it up and selling mine, but i'd have to sell mine first to have the money, and trucks aren't selling that well these days...

i'd be in the same situation as this guys, he's been trying to sell for months...

Its a horrible market to sell a built truck. I considered selling this and buying a beater and a tow rig to go with it but now is not the time. I will just hold on to this and buy a tow rig in 4-5 years. Real life priorities:rolleyes:

Most definitely. I haul my pile around with an f250 and it's never given me problems.

ford 350's and chevy3500 are beast of trucks if they have the diesel in them. My old work truck before getting laid off was a 3500 i remember putting about 6k lbs in the bed and pulling 80-85mph up the grapevine come home from norcal. Climbed it with out a hesitation. 350s and 3500 are the same chassis as the 250 and 2500 but with lighter rear suspension at least the current ones are

Yeah it is. I got the play truck in my sig for dirt cheap cuz these trucks don't sell right now. But I'd never own a LT truck for DD. The little trucks are fun. The insurance is cheap cuz it's a base model and my cali reg was only $90. Plus the 4 banger gets a good 23mpg. May go down a bit with the cab cage. That 5lug looks like it already has a 62" leaf pack. Just missing some 16" smoothies.

For the people doing mid travel setups...is there a good way to "beef" up or reinforce the LCA especially the narrow part that goes from the body of the LCA to the balljoint that connects to the bottom of the spindle? I am trying to find a pic online of what I am talking about but I think you guys should be able to figure it out

And before someone says buy TC LCA, I am not going to spend 1000 bucks on that.

I've never heard of a stock lower arm breaking but I guess it could happen with enough beating lol The part your referring to is riveted on correct? Maybe just weld it in place for extra strength :D
