Run it till the swinger steering kit that lembowski is testing is released.

 

I have a set of the energy suspension bushings for the rack on the way. I guess I'll try those first.

I'm a perfectionist and it handles worse than when I first LT'd it, so I'm chasing it down until it handles like that again.

It's "safe" and live able with now. It used to be a lot worse. It could be better.

It leaks a little. Have to add a little fluid once every six months or so. Not a big leak.

All I know is he has a prototype kit on his truck. I don't have any details on it.

 

Im planning on building a slider system for 2nd gen steering racks as soon as I can get my hands on one. Keep the stock rack, disperses stress through the slider vs the rack itself. Should prolong rack life big time

The crossmember will be a bit of a bish to work around. I planned the same thing years back but never got around to it.

I'm flying in a week from today to spend a week in Vegas for the Mint. We're doing the parade on Wednesday plus some other stuff.

Regarding spectating, the passes you bought are for parking. It's free to spectate but there is limited parking in the spectator areas so your pass allows you to park in whatever area you picked. There will be a shuttle that runs around to the other areas and you shoud be able to hop on the shuttle and move around if you want. You just cant drive to each spot and park.
