Hey Jason are those 3/16" or 1/4" thick lower shock mounts?

I cheated and went below it, not ideal but I'm not in baja. You can go above the booster but then it messes with your windshield wiper arms. Most lose the wipers unless you make a new linkage for the wiper motor

I would go above it, but I don't have a cab cage to tie into up there. I'll try and see what I can come up with. Anyone know of any good build threads I could look at for some ideas on an engine cage?

I can't find it anywhere after and hour of searching the interwebs. Getting ready to do long travel setup on my 07 Tacoma. Trying to find the wms width on a 2nd gen tundra. Maybe a 2011, to swap in and try to match the +3.5 from camburgs lt kit. Help?

I'm pretty sure it's only an inch under the first gen tundra. So in the ballpark of 65" I believe. Can't remember for sure. I know there's a link I have saved that has all the wms info for all the toyotas. I'm pretty sure the first gen tundra are 66 and the t100 is 66.5. I remember guys saying that upgrading a 2ng gen tacoma axle is pointless if you're going to put a first gen tundra to replace it. You might wanna look into a 9"

Anyone have a TRD supercharger and try to run a crossbrace over the engine from shock tower to shock tower? I've been told there's not really any clearance under the hood to do so, I'm trying to figure out my options. Would really like to just have a bolt in crossbrace and not have to go full engine cage st this point...but we'll see

Yea I found the specs on the 1st gen tundra rear ends. It's like and inch and a half wider.... I'm trying to find the specs on 2nd gen tundra rear end. 07-current A lot bigger trucks, makes sense to me the rear end would be wider

Yeah they re wider, but it's also like a 10.5" rear end! Thing would be a tank! Haha but all depends really on how many ponies you're putting out. Idk, just think it might be overkill.

plus 2nd gen tundra axles are pretty hard to find and expensive. But the 5.7l v8 is 10.5 and the smaller one is 9.5 i think.

You are not Supercharged BTW Matt, looking at pictures, there looks like hoses running right where you have your crossbrace at. Might just end up having to go with an engine cage, or have a new hood made that's got more clearance

Where there is a will, there is a way. A plated and boxed cross member can be made to go around anything. On Gary's truck, I went over his intake and some throttle linkages. Hard to tell from this photo however.
