Looks good. I love long helo footage. See you at Rawhide VtoR. I'm running the Locos Mocos/Baja Pits there. Stop in if you need anything. VtoR is a long race with never ending silt beds. Be prepared. Shovels (two so you're not sharing with your co dog), tow straps ready, traction mats or carpet. Side lights help to so you can see alternate lines your main light may not see.

The first half of that helo video was all on a slight uphill section. That's just all the stock 3.4L would push. You can tell the difference though once we made the turn away from the endless uphill with slight softness and got more onto a hardpack surface that wasn't uphill, the speed drastically increased! LOL

Shovels, check... tow straps, check... traction ramps, check... lighting, in the works... Air compressor and a few more spares then I typically load on board, on the to do list...

The more I'm thinking about it though, I've got a set of these and some wheels with the right bolt pattern and everything... Hmmm... LOL Silt what?

Can anyone recommend a place to pick up some welding cables to relocate my battery? Looked on Amazon but didn't find anything by the foot. Was going to try and do it this weekend if I can find someone who can get it here intime or try to find a welding supply store in Orange County or northern sandiego area

Would use welding cable anyways. Stuff is stiff. Try marine shops or stereo install shops. They will have big wire that is flexible and lays down much better

Will try west marine today. I've seen a few Broncos that have used welding leads but 25 feet is a bit pricy! But it's good 100% copper so I guess you get what you pay for

So my brake light has been on since I unplugged my front speed sensors. For the 2nd gen guys that have done this also is that normal? I have the kill switch for abs and the brake light never turned on then

Anyone ever swapped coils on ads coilovers?? The lower coil plate doesn't have a notch like a king or fox. It's solid and appears to have a snap ring in it?? Do I need a special tool for it?

Just snap ring pliers or pick or small screw driver. You will need a spring compressor.

Hi guys, so I just got a new to me snap on impact gun. Quick question, what would you set your regulated PSI at?

Most pneumatic tools are designed to run off of 90-100psi.

Just crank your CO2 tank to 250 psi if you really need to get that nut off. :D

Lol okay. I had mine at like 120 but it felt oddly gutless compared to my buddies harbor freight one... I only have a 25 gallon compressor though so maybe that's it :notsure:

The gun may be worn out. See if you can find a rebuild kit for it. The air is just going to dump out of it if the vanes are worn.

Thanks yea was a cool way to do it. Snap ring is so easy I didn't need tools. Just used my fingers.

I borrowed a wall mount compressor at a local friends shop
