I ran the stock boots on my allpro + 2 kit without issue. Just slide the small ends down the shaft a little further to separate the fins.

 

Going to be doing the same thing later this year. Might as well get new boots while it's all apart

Welp broke my 50t leaf springs. Anybody got a main leaf hahah, even a broken one for deaver to make me one while i drive on my broken one.

 

Can anyone confirm or deny the length from the front hanger to center pin on our stock length leaf packs is the same length as the DMZ kit? In other words if I weld Hydro bumps in to strike a plate on my SOA expo leafs, would the bumps need to be cut off and moved once I go SUA?

Ge a pry bar with a flat end, a dead blow hammer and a 1-3 lb sledge along with regular tools. First time I took one off it was a learning experience, but after I did it a few times I am confident I could do one under 20 minutes now with basic hand tools (no power / air tools). Get a good torque wrench for the 36 mm axle nut also. Good luck broski.

 

Also you will leak a little fluid, make sure to top off the diff afterwards.

 

Not really. The strike plate will need adjusted mainly.
