    They were the oem ones. Then when those went too, I decided I wasn't paying that again for the second time (in however long it was) and I got Oriely ones. Either way, I am yanking out the Elocker and getting rid of it.

    Alright guys, I (like most people) hate the risks of spacers, but I'm going to run them in the rear to match my +2 kit. Can I get a vote on whether or not to do 1.5" or 2"? I've seen people run them both... not sure if going to a 1.5" would really be that much safer...

    1" would be plenty for a 2+ front. I run 2" and havnt had any probs but I have a 5 over kit up front

    Yeah they get less stress than that fronts do...

    I'm just kinda OCD about it. I really don't like the look where the front is sticking way out and the back is normal.

    I knew an old farmer in Oregon, and he wasn't an offroader other than his daily work, and he told me one day that he always put a half inch spacer in the front of his trucks. He said that for some reason it would track better than when he didn't have them. I tried it and it seemed to make driving offroad easier.

    I don't know if there is any real scientific merit to it but logically it make sense.

    allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
    I ran 1.25'' spacers for a little over a year with my old +2 kit without any issues.

    Just make sure you get quality hub centric spacers and properly installed you won't have any issues

    just got a simple lift on her
    really really weird, but when my taco was stock, i put wheel spacers on the front and it made it noticeably smoother. i think because my shocks were real stiff (billy 5100s and eibach coils) so by putting the spacers on it, the tires had more leverage against the shock, and made the truck ride a MILLION times smoother. craziest thing how much of a difference it actually made....
    for what its worth, i dont run spacers anymore... LOL
