To answer your question yes but that doesn't mean that you cant still have a solid truck with them inboard. I have a short wheel base on my regular cab so the extra stability at speed is something that I will benefit from with a wider axle. The longer wheelbase of an extra cab gives you more stability at higher speed compared to a regular cab. In my opinion the benefit of him running them inboard is less fab work and hassle.

The truck I have been referencing was previously owned by Long Beach Racers and my buddies shop bought it. It was fast and stable at high speed. All with the shocks inboard of the frame:)

My truck handles like a bag of ass holes with the inboard shocks. It has so much body roll it's insane. If I weren't linking it, I would be moving the shocks outside the frame for sure. I've ridden in linked trucks that have less body roll than my stock Sierra.

Nice, I definitely get what you're saying. I know running them inboard still functions, I guess its a matter of whether the time/fabwork is worth it in the long run to make up for the difference.

Has it ever been aligned? Chances are that engage kit wont hit spec. That's been my experience with them so far.

I started tearing into my coilovers right now, but the piston has no bleed screws, do I need to get these from fox? How do I cover them so I can leave only 2 open? Let me know if Im completely misunderstanding this. Also any advice on setting the ifp?

As in in the small threaded holes are all open? If so then yes I would get the screws to plug them. They may not have any holes, just varies. Also if they are foxes, you may have to up the compression a bit.
Ifp I just normally bottem it out on the hose end before I assemble everything. When you put the shaft in it will push the ifp back a few inches
