My little regular cab has gotten some fun parts added the last month or so.

Strategic Racing Designs just finished some work on my truck: Trail Gear "Bomb Proof" motor mounts, reinforced transmission cross member, aluminum belly skid, dual spare tire carrier, mounted race jack, and added some more lights tabs.

I picked up some Baja Designs lights from Bailey: 30" Onyx6 light bar (front), pair of Squadron Pros (front), pair of Squadron Sports (dust), and all the harnesses to wire it up.

I found a Tundra axle on DR and will have SRD do the axle swap in March. It has 5.29 gears, Detroit Locker, and is trussed already. Time to finally get those shocks outboard of the axle and away from my gas tank.

No need to rebuild it. You have plenty of room to plate and box in mounts on the outside of your hoop. Add a few tubes and some plate and you're in business.

Can you take a photo from the back, slightly looking down on the drivers side shock mount.

It's hard to tell where the shock would come up...and how far out the shock would mount from the original hoops...the original hoops land straight on top of the frame

I like the hoops you made on the engine cage for the ranger...was thinking about something like that

Have you drove the truck with the tg mounts yet? Curious how bad they vibe on the 4banger. Playing around with the idea of making my own mounts with larger 1.5" poly bushings to cut down on the harshness.
