Yea it's not wicked fast but it's effortless, I can hold a beer in one hand and bend in the other, it's fast enough, only benders that I've seen that are quick are cnc benders

Taking my time I bent both shock hoops for the front in like an hour, taking your time with tube bending pays off, lots of double checking measurements and angles, slow and steady

    No doubt.

I want to do some rear hoops. And a front bumper for my other rig and a rear for my brother.

Eventually a cage would be nice and engine cage.

Picked up some 35" 6 Scoop Super scoops from our restock, picked a time to drop off my truck for the engine cage core support and the rest of the finishing fab work. Need to order my radiator trans coolers, motor and trans mounts and a few other odds and ends now. Guess I'm keeping the truck a little longer

Anyone else have a tough time getting the uniball snap ring to seat really well? Mine barely went in and now I'm worried they are gonna pop off when offroading

Replacing the bearings in the rod ends on my coil overs.

What grade FK bearings should I go for? I see everything from the $3.88 COM grade to the $15 FKSSX grade. Not afraid to spend the extra coin if it means they'll last longer, but if it makes no difference I might as well go the cheaper route.

Cliff have you taken your truck out with 35" paddles? Curious how well the truck pulls. Our 3.4 has even less juice obviously so I'm thinking we'd probably need to go smaller than 35s.

I have not, I just picked them up today but they're pretty much the same weight as my 35" MTs. I would have done a 33" paddle if I were sticking with 35s

So for people who have linked a first gen, is there any difference for the lower links being mounted under the frame vs off to the side? My cab cage subframe might get in the way of mounting off to the side. In my head, as long as everything is set up correct then the only issue is the lowers hanging down further below the truck. I guess I can always order both types and return whichever isn't used...
