Another idea. ^^^^^^^^ Go to the junkyard and buy some inner liners out of a full size something n r rather and cut/mod/sheet metal screw em into your application. I just saved my stock ones. If I really need them I'll put them in, but I don't see that I would need them. I bedlined the insides of my glass. Guess I'll find out this winter????

Couple guys on here said snow buildup wasn't a huge issue. At least I'm concerned for me in CO.

Hey guys, I broke some fiberglass this weekend. Are these flares McNiell? Neither the previous owner nor myself know which brand they are.

    Thanks...

But really, there's no reason to add the douche level at the end. Sure sounds like your explanation would be valid on every make and model running on the road to me. I'm sure the mustang has sway bars though just like my last truck did and just like my current truck will so thanks for proving nothing with your stupid pointless addition at the end...

    ...too much shit to list.
Was just being a smart ass as always, didn't mean to offend you. I forgot to use sarcastic font. :cookiemonster:

And the reason it's really only applicable to us is because of how wide our trucks are. Long wheelbase vehicles (like full size tow rigs, limos, box trucks, etc.) all face that problem as well. Hell i even notice it with my Tundra which is why I back into most parking spaces. I originally said a slightly narrower axle for the "mall parking lot" and was being serious about it. Its really only to help with slow sharp turns such as parking lots and parking spaces. Once you're moving at road or highway speeds, I doubt anybody can actually tell the difference.

Does anyone in Orange County area have a 2nd Gen short bed fiberglass bedside off their truck that I could use for a 5 minute mock up? Just looking to see what it would take to make them work on my truck. Thanks guys

Any reason why you mounted your springs on the outside of the rail as opposed to under?

The wider the better. He's more than likely going to build shock mounts that are integrated into spring plates. Truck stays planted better, a little bit less body roll and overall better stability.
