We have cad files at work for a Jd2 bender so I'll probably cut one out and build one.

Just get 3 tube 2.5x16, honestly probably wont need more than that. 3 tubes is enough to tune already if youre just learning to tune shocks (like I am), plus the 1st gens are light enough to be fine with a 2.5, 3.0 would be ideal of course but im running 2.5s outside the frame on 2nd gen without notching, now if I could quit being cheap and get a 9 inch so I can stop running these stupid ass spacers....unless the truck sells first...

also my lower lca uniball adapter bolt is seized so here comes the grinder, these bolts are a pita

Thinking about ditching the DB lift, got a good quote on a TC +2 LT setup with King coilovers, would I be able to use my fox 2.0s in the rear still with a different leaf pack (basically a MT rear setup) was thinking a Deaver. What size leafs should I use?

I think 2.0x10 is enough for 0-3 inches of lift, so basically a bolt in replacement pack. If you're doing slow crawling and stuff a lot of people run the all pro leafs and they have ones that are heavier for if you have a full bed when youre driving around,

Taking a screenshot of that. I do mostly slow crawling but use the truck for a DD so something soft enough to flex and stiff enough to haul. Most people get around 3 inches of lift with this particular kit correct?

Wait...if you have a 6" DB lift and you are asking if you can re use the same rear shocks from your DB kit then the answer is no. The rear shocks with a 6" lift kit are way too long to reuse, you will be lowering you truck around 3" when you ditch the DB.

Oh this is right, what size rear shocks are with that db lift? 2.0x10 is the shock size you need for a replacement over the axle leaf pack I believe @BohlaaH Contact all pro and see for sure though, because im pretty sure 10inch is the right size and then the guys using the bamf replacement shock tower are running a 12 inch shock

No c notching frame and keeping the bed. Same as Sullivan's blue truck. Solo got 32" out of it so I should be able to do the same

So you can run their 30+ gallon fuel cell with the bed uncut !? Or are you just putting a normal fuel cell in the bed ?

Fuel cell under the bed 45 gallons. If you look at the blue truck he has a build in here it's the same one he's running. I think his name is Irishsully or something

Edit: plumbing it up to the bedside filler door, no extra holes in bed
