Just lift the bed. 6 bolts if you need access to your tank.

Yes. Walbro becomes notorious for failed pumps. QC and manufacturing has gone way down in recent years.

Cool weather. My battery starting to die. Stupid optima garbage. I had it since 2010 so I can't hate on it too much, but not going back to it. Usually my wires get loose from off road. Guess I need more strain relief.

How much boost are you running? The oe pump is solid. Some walbros do fine tho. I wouldn't mess with it unless you know it's bad.

I'm having issues with the passenger cv popping out. I'm going to go get another clip from CVJ and pick up another seal just in case. I'm pretty sure I haven't reached full droop on it yet since I started running it any one know what can be popping out the cv? Would it be when I turn?

I had a problem with a cv popping out of the diff over and over. I replaced the clip on the shaft that goes into the diff and it took the problem away.

once you put the CV in there, pull on it gently to make sure its actually seated.

those clips are supposed to be a 1 time use item, after its used a bunch of times the clip gets worn and could let it pop out of the diff.

Yeah but this morning I heard grinding when I was turning in the snow. I quickly took it out of 4wd and pushed out of the snow in low 2wd. It was running fine not to long ago and I saw a leak. when I checked out the leak I saw the cv was further from the diff. I pushed on it and it could move it in and out freely. I'll pull it apart this weekend and change the clip and see if that fixes it. It's sucks driving in the snow in 2wd around other ppl.
