    I think he meant boxed the frame rails

    I have a similar setup, but I also have bedcage for the vertical support as well. Way more solid then stock.

    I think what @jeffz0rz is referring too is that you need to spread those two cross tubes as far apart as you can and then add an " X " between them to help cut down on torsional twist. Just the cross tubes alone is not enough to replace the OE X member.

    Doesn't look like it'll improve any with the new shackles either.

    Still not sure why you didn't just wait and get some real SUA leafs. Those allpro ones are not designed for that and don't have the correct arch for it.

    yes i know these springs probably wont do that great but i planned on buying something better in the near future. Thanks for the feedback

    I'm not a fabricator but I slept at a Holiday Inn Express last night so I feel fully qualified to give you advice... IMO you need to move that front bar as far forward as you can just behind the axle and then install your X. The bigger the X is the more of your frame it is going to help stabilize. Your bed cage is obviously going to contribute to that as well.

    Some LT porn. Project is finally coming to an end on caging the rear. Sooooo close. Most the major stuff is done. Still have some things to button up. Filling up with nitrogen, touch up paint, wire in tail lights. OMG I love this thing! Can't wait to go 4x4 some mountains. Should be getting 35s next week.

    Yeah, wasn't looking forward to that either. Pretty sure my fenders will clear 35s. They are 6.5" and 7" flared. Might be needing it tho. States they'll clear 37s. What gauge sheet did you patch it up with? Also, is it only needed for full stuff or is dd ok?
