Took my truck to get a smog test today. First place I took it failed visual inspection. I guess they didn't like my intake and fuel cell. Best part was when I was telling him about the fuel cell he asked is it factory or aftermarket? LMAO! I guess he really does not know what hes doing. Second place said it was alright and put it on the machine but it failed. There some glitch in my computer system.:(

I have that same valve also on mine. I need to adjust mine though. My rears locked for a sec las week on a dirt road an made me drift a corner and fish tail a way. Kinda sketchy since I wasn't expecting it.

Yeah that's what I'm talking about. Thanks, I was wondering what people were doing with the BPVA I just didn't know the name for it. For the wilwood valve i see one inlet and one outlet, is there a T or something else before the valve to tie the 2 inlets together?

Another good question is there such thing as a CARB legal fuel cell out there for guys trying to keep LT trucks off?

I'm full of newb questions today.

I just watched this again. At 2:19 you can see that coil acting as your bumpstop.

I have the same issue on my truck at the moment. The driver's side is cranked slightly more than the passenger side and I've got coil binding on that side. It's low on my list of things to fix but it'll be addressed eventually...

Yeah, I'm running an 18" spring, need to figure out a way to run bumps up front somehow.

    What lb rating?

I've got a set of bumps and cans sitting in my garage. The rear will be a snap to mount but the front is definitely a challenge. I think I'm going to end up mounting some reinforced tabs off the side of the lower arm as strikers. It'll be tight but it should work.

650lb. I tried 700's but they were a tad stiff. Felt good at speed though.

I have the 18" spring @ 650# and i like the ride as well. I think Total Chaos uses a 700# spring 16" length from i was told.

The 16" springs bind if you preload them at all though, they just don't have the travel of the 18". I need to swap in a 10" coilover and shit can the factory towers eventually.
