    Just so you know the taco lean really comes from the body mounts breaking down on that side not the suspension like everyone thinks. I just solid mounted my body and no more lean. My mounts were all destroyed and I have 20k miles on it

    Camburgs race kit uses a fabricated spindle. Not sure what kit you're running but finding an off the shelf spindle that will work with whatever kit you have my be tough

    Agreed. The Camburg race kit spindle has the geometry for their kit. My Solo XLT 4x4 spindles are way different than stock 4x4 spindles.

    well the front of my truck is level, just the rear sits angled. I was planning to get the poly mount kit. But we'll see.

    How was the install? I have all the mounts from the core support to the cab but dreading the install.

    I wanna know how that goes too! Lol last night noticed my new headlights already broke off the tabs since my core support mounts are completely destroyed.

    I actually had the very first "master kit " Energy produced a few years ago. The Taco lean is not entirely just the core support bushings being worn out because you can go to a dealership and see it on trucks with zero miles. It is probably that the battery and gas tank are on the same side of the truck which is a couple hundred pounds of weight on that side of the truck. The drivers side core support bushing gets destroyed from the weight of the battery sit on top of it which accentuates the Taco lean for sure. My drivers side core support bushing was 1/4" shorter than the passenger side.

    Install of the kit is easy, they previously provided instructions but I heard they do not anymore ? If you need instructions look up instructions for a body lift...same exact job.

    Tips :

    1. Do one side of the truck at a time and only loosen the other side up enough to let the body tilt but not move enough to get crooked. It is really easy to make the body crooked and end up wrestling it.

    2. Use all of the provided hardware, it is amazing how many people in the body mount thread view the washers etc as optional !?

    3. Losen the steering shaft, just loosen the 10 or 12mm pinch bolt on the joint in the steering shaft that you can see from the drivers wheel well. No need to disconnect it completely just losen it so the shaft slips in that joint as you jack up the cab.

    4. Look under the truck on the drivers side where all of the rear brake lines come down the firewall and onto the frame. There is very little flex in those lines so you can only jack up the body just a bit, just enough to to slip the body mount out. The steering shaft and the brake lines were the only items I found fixed on both ends that needed to be watched when jacking the cab.

    5. You will need some lumber to use as a jack extension to jack up the body. Even with every bolt out my cab did not budge and my wood jack extension was actually bending the floor of the cab and lifting the whole truck. Look for reinforced parts of the cab toward the outside edges near the mounts to place your lumber and jack from. It took me multiple tries to get the body to finally " pop ", there was no visible corrosion or body sealant etc on the mounts they were just " stuck " ?

    6. I didn't have this problem but the body mount bolts are notorious for having some serious rust so it's a good idea to hit everything with some penetrant spray the day before you do the work.
