    How do you like your camburg kit? I am actually getting an older LT kit from a buddy after Christmas. Was curious if there was anything I need to know about after install.

    Hey anyone able to completely remove the abs module in a second gen? I already have a gear driven speed sensor for my speedo

    He's taken everything trac off and has bad mouthed them. I'm letting Andrew design it and planning to keep the ac. His didn't keep the ac.

    Just removing the speed sensors turns the abs off. I can lock up all 4 with disc brakes.

    Whole lotta stuff
    I've been pulling the fuse when I off-road. I've heard it only works with the Sports though. Pulling the fuse on an OR disables a-trac as well or something like that.

    Yea I removed all the wiring for em lol, I want to get rid of the whole module thing with 8 million wires that are hooked to it, but I want my brakes to still work lol

    When moving the coilover out of the way on the lower control arm, keep in mind the upper control arm that you're going to build. Make sure everything clears nicely. If you're going to play with everything and possibly build new shock mounts as well, you could look into getting a longer rod and which would raise the coil seat out of the way as well which might give you more room. You got options.

    You know, there's going to be a huge demand for the average LT guy to tear apart the front of his truck, shitcan his air conditioning and run a million dollar J arm kits with swing steering.....

    they'll be lucky to sell four, maybe five of those kits ever. Everybody wants bolt on. That's where the money is at and that's where the business is. By all means, let's reinvent the wheel and make a Wazoo front j arm suspension for an underpowered overpriced mid-sized pickup truck. Come on meow...

    Looks like either different models, or yours was setup for dual shocks whereas his only has single shock tabs. So either way, a CV axle isn't gonna fit on that kit as it sits now with longer shock ends or moved tabs

    Gotta keep it or it will go into limp mode, I tried it unplugged and no bueno. It controls trans/speedo and who knows what else. I just capped mine off and mounted it outa the way

    I have a manual tho, soo tranny shifting isn't affected, and my speedo runs off the transfer case. I don't have any wiring hooked up to any of the wheel sensors at all. I can't drive it unplugged cause I tried and lost all brake boost cause the thing is freakin electric not vacuum boosted off the engine. I'm pretty sure the limp thing is for you fancy automatic transmission folks

    I absolutely love it and how well built Camburgs stuff is. Can't think of anything really. Keep it lubed up for sure, all the uniballs like to squeak
