Can anyone help me out here? The reservoir hose is hitting the uca at full droop. I think I need different fittings

 

what does the other coilover look like? were they labeled left & right?

 

Limit straps?

 

The same just opposite side for the reservoir mount drop. I.e. Left instead of right

Already installed and that's at limited droop

 

Looks like the 90 needs to come out a hair more and turned down, or turn it up and run the resi over the arm

 

Can't do that or it hits the upper spring perch

I'll see if I can go up and over but don't know what I'd mount the reservoir to

 

Can't run the resi over the arm, it will interfere well before full bump. 90 will need to face closer to straight down if the hose will allow it. I wouldn't further limit droop to avoid contact over something as simple as a hose

 

Sounds like you'll need a new fitting as well

 

I didn't limit droop for the shocks. I was saying that I limited droop based on metal to metal contact and limit strap stretch and that's where it hits

 

I got that, I was just saying I wouldn't go that route

What do people think about changing the lower coil seat to the short, flat style to gain clearance near the reservoir hose? It would net about 2 in's of clearance and allow the fitting to swing down all the way without contacting anything, hopefully
I don't have any axle to worry about and have seen the pictures on the solo website showing that it works

 

To to a 90 to another 90

 

At that point I would just get the larger style 90 bend that will go outside the spring seat and spring

EDIT: Fixed the problem, had the coilover positioned wrong, it needed to be tilted 30deg towards the rear of the coilbucket; where as i had it straight on
