    ...too much shit to list.
If it were me....I'd start with:
    Comp:
    175-10
    160-10
    100-8
    145-12
    130-12
    115-12
    100-12

    Reb:
    Full 8 stack

Most likely what you are feeling is the leafs packing because they aren't dropping out fast enough. 10 is too much rebound on 16+" of travel, especially on smooth bodies.

I have this set up. I am on the east so it works, but I might end up going full LT in the rear in the future...thinking about going the DMZ route. It eats up stuff decently well in the rear, will have a better comparison in a few weeks as that is when I will be going out next and will be able to see what the 3.5 can do. If it were me and I was in the scene, I would LT the rear. Talk to Tim over at DMZ and tell him your plans, he would probable be able to give a good recommendation for that. Worst case, you can get a slightly stiffer deaver pack tailored to handle the extra weight of a shell. Better to LT than not.

Anyone know off the top of their head if the Autozone or Napa CV axles are compatible with Camburg extended shafts?

I didn't want to put a becage or any sort of cage in the back, I still use it as a DD and planned on throwing a stiffer set of leafs in the rear along with a set of King smoothies on the TC kit, im pretty set on the rear unless people can convince me that going with a bed cage is so ooooo much better. More debating front end now, I love the LT look but I dont know

With a 9" shackle through the frame on a single cab with no weight...maybe.

    Otherwise keep looking.

If I ever fully LT my rear, my truck will still be a DD. With that being said, there are some great low profile bed cages out there that many can fabricate @concentric_killa. The only thing that will dictate what is better is what you plan to do with your truck? I have smoothie kings with resis on mine currently. I strongly recommend getting some clickers for the rear shocks as the weight of the bed can change a lot and the clickers can keep the ride feeling just right depending on your load. I still think its worth talking to Tim when you get a chance, he is very knowledgeable in many of the LT builds out there and can give a decent breakdown about options to go forward with. Just would hate for you to go the TC route and start to have second thoughts after.

Go used on a mid travel kit, drive it around and see how you like it for a few months. If you end up wanting to go faster and all the stuff that comes with lt then sell those parts and start going for long travel. You won't lose much since theres always people on here looking for mid travel parts. You'll lose more money building a long travel truck you don't need

Fiberglass fender question: I heard that you lose the stock fender liners when you install glass fenders. What are some solutions to keep water out of the intake? I did read somewhere about making new liners (which I know nothing about). I also saw an old post where somebody just put duct tape over the hole in the body.

Does anybody make an airbox, or something, that would work to keep water or debris out?

    Thanks

Yep you def do as the glass fenders have no pre-fabbed clipping points on them. I know one guy on here has done this pretty well, but he had to custom cut thick flexible plastic sheets and use drilled in fasteners to achieve this. I think he mainly did this to keep the mud clutter down on the inside area instead of being as concerned about the intake.
