I've got a few sets of used hubs good enough to get you home. I'm not super close to you but you can have them if you end up needing them

Cool. I have a brand new from bamatoy as well if you wanted to go that route, but the used ones are free. I'll also picking up tires in Long Beach Tuesday so o may be able to meet you down there if that's better

Yes, jack it up just enough to get the tire off the ground and grab the tire at 6 & 12 and try to wiggle it. If there is any play your wheel bearing is toast. You need to check this before you drive anymore, if the bearing is making that much noise as you described it is in really bad shape. it will self destruct soon, a catastrophic failure means watching your wheel pass you on the highway. I drove about 20 miles on one and a horrible wobble developed and I could smell smoke in the cab, luckily I was about a mile from a shop and limped in and when we put it on the lift you could move the wheel a ton.

The dealer is not going to warranty your hub, they will take one look at your LT kit and tell you to eat shit. Check it out now and don't drive on it.

Another quick way to know is to just grab the top of the tire and pull it back and forth hard enough that the truck starts rocking a bit. If you start hearing a knocking sounds from the hub area, its toast. I never got that bearing noise, just the clunk whilst driving. When I pulled the hub off there was definitely some looseness to the hub, but it rolled just fine with no noise.

Also, yeah, once you go LT, the dealer is mostly just for parts at that point lol. They just look at your truck and laaaaauuugh and laaaaaaugh and laaaaaaugh when you even whisper 'warranty'.

smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint
    Jacked the truck up
Looked for any more leaks from the CV
Checked for play in the wheel at the 6/12 and on the 9/3
    No play
Spun the wheel too, no odd noise or grind other than the sound of the brakes on the caliper.

I really need someone who knows more than me to go on a ride along and tell me what's normal noises and when I'm being dumb

I read an absolute shit ton on LT before ordering it and putting it on the truck but nothing prepares you mentally for all the new noises especially after the CV boot and brakes problem

Now I'm just hunting for gremlins lol

I could never detect extra play in the wheel by hand, but by doing my method I listed above I would hear a clunk at the hub.

Rcv inner stub shaft adapters to plug into the diff so u can bolt a 930 cv to it then run a half shaft to a u joint that connects a stub shaft to your dana44 hubs ( the guys at solo motorsports gave me some info and tips for running an ifs setup like this (similar to thier xlt kit) I'm hoping to get at least 19-20" travel out of it kit will be in the +5"track width range because of the hub offset in a Dana 44.... should be sweet when I'm done... Are you still in the Huntington Beach area? How much longer, or is your stay depending on how long your truck takes to get squared away?

At this exact moment I'm in La Marada but HB isn't far away obviously

And yeah I'm here til the truck is squared away. All parts have been picked up and installed

Then I'm back to Kentucky lol

Still waiting on my summit seat from PRP (then gotta fab mounts for it)

Have an order with @Baja Designs to pick up as soon as it's ready

Then gotta get some Spods from Spod and wire up all the lights, and the new yaesu I just picked up

And lastly gotta get 5 new toyo AT's since my Yokohamas melted on my drive here and I don't wanna go back to Kentucky on them

Getting my bed cage powdercoated this week and hopefully getting the truck wrapped soon too

What's the thoughts on dirt king? Seems like a good company but a Guy has a set of their uppers in town for 350$ only used a couple months. They are basically brand new with uniball and bushings. Should I Save 200$ or should I go with the camburg ball joint uppers? 2nd gen btw
