Sorry I got my nomenclature wrong there with the front hanger, but thought that the front hanger would need to be relocated as well towards the front of the frame a little bit to accommodate a longer leaf spring as the eyelets have a bigger distance in between over the stock eyelets right?

Only if your doing a really different leaf pack that required it, that hangar he is making is intended as an OE replacement so any leaf pack intended for OE replacement would work just fine IE: any of the " off the shelf " replacement Deaver, OME, Allpro leaf packs.

Right that makes sense, I was meaning in regards to dropping in say a LT leaf pack like a DMZ deaver pack for instance. Which if his cant do that, then IMO is just a reinforced hangar.

Got a new axle?? Make sure you look into and clean out any debris from the holes on the ends of the axle (Where it was chocked up into the lathe). One of mine had sand packed in it on one end, I assume from sandblasting process.

I still don't get it. My old ranger with a "mid travel kit" had extended arms and got 12" travel. But definitely wasn't long travel.

To me mid travel is stock track width/ wheel base with some corrected geometry allowing for greater than stock wheel travel. Long travel is wider/ longer than stock allowing for longer shocks and even more travel. There is long travel like most of the +2, +3.5 kits that for our trucks get you 11-14" of travel. Then loooong travel like solo and dtf that are +4.5-6+ and get your far more travel

Yeah some owners call other owners morons because of a lack of understanding or knowledge.
And other owners give their info on their vehicle as they can recall it based on the people who helped them with their long travel :)

So how about those Porsches... lol Back in the late 90's the 911 Turbo killed everything even twice its price in acceleration, lateral grip, and (imo) styling - to this day I like the styling and think it's really fresh looking. Even if I could afford one now and try to keep it running, I think I'd rather put the money into a Scion FRS variant and keep maintenance costs to a reasonable amount.

You do realize you said your coilovers have more droop because finned resi’s right? Your credibility of what you say is crap.

I would have easily bought TC or another kit but this one fell on my lap. Tell me again how the shop that incorrectly installed your kit and parts is BajaKits problem?

You’re so irrationally stupid it hurts the mind.

2.5" Fox relocation * Hammer hanger * Archive MD springs
As you said, my target for this is not a full blown max travel LT kit. But an owner could relocate this long (not looong, or looooooooooong) travel hanger and stretch the rear end of the spring and do maybe 16" travel? That's for the future though, I'm focusing on maxing out typical replacement springs with this hanger bolted in stock rivet holes.

I don't remember saying finned reservoirs equal more travel but when I got rid of the Baja kits set up I got rid of their coilovers and was able to get the TC spec ones built with finned and compression adjusters.

If you have questions about the install quality of my kit you can talk to Erik moore at moore metal work who does most of the dirt alliance trucks
Or you can talk to tommy at TT Motorsports
There was no problem with how my kit was installed other than crap product and damaged product from shipping

The suspension while set up with BK rode like crap and never kept allignment for more than a few hundred miles

When the TC kit went on it was like night and day.

I paid for both kits with my own money so there was none of this "fell in my lap" bullshit your spewing
