Yeah it looks good but you need all parts of the bumper behind the skid. Kinda would defeat the purpose of the skid.

Well it'd only leave the fog lights in way of damage, look at the conversion pic above, usually theres a large void in the corners...does this void fill easily? the purpose of skid is for protecting the front end damage not much care other than looks for the fogs/bumper, i mean otherwise theyd be off then :D

it looks good .the lower outer bar i would do differentlybecause the bend and length wont do a whole lot of strengthening . that and its more out there to get clipped on something. maybe cut a small hole in the bumper and make the bar straight with removable bungs so they can be installed after the bumper is installed

heres one i did , it held up to several collisions....

get creative! i had to move wire looms , make relocation brackets for the e-brake, make relocation brackets for the ecu and thats just a few things. just moved them around enough to work tubes in the right places.

you may have to move wiring around and/or notch the steel cross support .

as for your ac vent question. i used parker pumper hose and universal cv boots to connect the outer vents . since the oem ducting was in the way and was cut up too much to be properly patched up.

    just an idea,

here's what the dude with the raptor shocks emailed me back...

The fronts measure 26.5" extended and 18.5" compressed (8" stroke) and the rears are 29.5" extended and 18" compressed (11.5" stroke). I was measuring em up against my tundra and it looks like they could be made to work...
