    That is wicked smart!
I have a 32 gal fuel safe with an in tank pick up, two aeromotive inline filters and a walpro 90l pump. It works great now that it's all been gone through but emissions is never going to happen now.

Ended up installing the motor mounts myself tonight. They fit up to my frame perfect. They did not clear the starter on the drivers side. I had already done the passenger side so I tried starters from two different automotive shops Incase mine had been previously rebuilt and was out of spec. They were all the same, so I relived the mount. Fired the truck up to move it off the lift for the night and found that the fan is now rubbing on the fan shroud. Looks like the motor dropped about half an inch. I pulled it back on the lift and parked it till tomorrow when I can install the trans mount after work. My initial measurements don’t look like they will change anything but I reserve judgment until I bolt it up. I see your currently viewing the thread Anthony, have any input on this?

I’ve had energy suspension core support bushings on my truck for 3 years no issues. I’ll see what happens with the trans mount and if needed try to hammer down on the core support bushings. Thanks I didn’t even think of trying make an adjustment there. Good idea.

I had to put the large bushing on bottom otherwise the fan was hitting pretty bad.

I’ll have to see how mine is configured, but I know I had good clearance cause I checked it when I changed my radiator a few months back. It’s just crazy to think that the brand new oem mounts used to mock up the dtf mounts sat lower that the original oem mounts on my truck that have 195,000 miles on them.

@FlapJack935 I'm thinking about putting shock hoops in the rear - have you sold your shocks yet - they're most likely what I'll be going with unless being sua makes any difference, which I think it won't. Did you / are you selling your rear bumps as well?

I have the energy bushings as well. I haven’t noticed and clearance issues yet, but I’ll take a look. I still haven’t installed the trans mount.
I’m considering adding a 1/4” spacer that will also have a break in it for the two 8mm holes lower on the frame perches and then running a pass to connect the spacer to the mount.
As for the starter, mine cleared fine, just had to move the wiring a bit. There’s so much shit in the way, almost can’t get a picture on the driver’s side CB94B267-2A30-4D7D-A3F0-6AF534C5B7BB.jpg

Finally finished the cab cage. I won’t need to cut the front door panels, just the back ones.

A lot of guys use the handheld but if you need more range look into the dash mounts models. Your other option is to mount an external antenna and plug the handheld into that though you will still have a limited transmit range as most handhelds are 5 watt xmit. Dash mounts are 50-75 watt xmit.
