Removing that many leafs it sounds like you have the wrong leaf pack to begin with. But call deaver and get their suggestion based on what you're running. Or throw weight in the bed so they work properly.

I'm running the LCE header on my 2TR, and I have TC coil bucket gussets.

Coil bucket gussets shouldn't have any effect on what headers you can run. I don't know who all makes 1GR headers, but URD is the one I know of.

The URD equal length headers specifically state they can't be used with Coil bucket Gussets. I've heard a couple guys have made them fit with solid motor mounts and maybe some gusset notching. I've been contemplating running those as well. All other headers should fit just fine. I think the Equal lengths just have to much bulge right where the gussets are and engine bouncing causes them to hit the gussets.

You can run everything but urd’s, with no issues. You can even run urd’s but it involves a little more work

URD headers, TC coil bucket gussets and solid motor mounts and they work great!

Not exactly, I’m running URD equal length with Solo gussets, but with solid motor and trans mounts.
Swapped the DTFs out for DMZ mounts after all the fan clearance issues.

looking at BAR's rules it has to be from same GVWR so if Tacoma's are light duty trucks then it has to come from a light duty truck, cant come from a heavy or med duty, ect, ect, must come from same duty and class.
also same yr or newer. other then that,
a few other things like trans will have to match engine no brainier stuff.
Sounds easy on paper but I have heard its a pain in the ass.

I am running e30hd its not that stiff. Yes i had to revalve shocks pretty soft. But it works well and needs some weight. How do you have them set up ?

What do y’all think about these alignment numbers. Specifically the bottom ones I’m surprised I was able to actually get the toe within 1/8” before with a tape measure.
