My new mud flap configuration works perfectly. My old mud flaps needed updating. I used some remaining ABS sheet that I had when I made my fender liners and made a hard section that contours the fender and then I got some 1/8" EPDM rubber sheet from a local gasket supplier.

Without my mud flaps, my truck gets plastered with Mud as shown in this first pic.

While this obviously improves how long it takes to clean the post-mud truck, it just doesn't quite have that 'gram look anymore :stirthepot:

HAHA. I gotta keep her clean, to hopefully have her last another 10+ years. I think im going to finish the bed liner on the rest of the truck. The Line-x dealer that originally did it, sprayed color matched paint over Line-x. I thought they were mixing the color in when they mixed the 2-parts for the line-x. So, I have spots that are Silver and a dark grey.. I will either do it with line-x again (not color matched) or maybe monstaliner.

Look into raptorliner unless you've already done that. I plan on doing mine in that once it's "complete".

Hey I got a quick question for you guys, I'm thinking of adding a hydro bump to the front of my truck but i want to have it bump off the upper arm, I have the 3.5+ with the tc fabbed spindled a good idea or should i just stick with stock bumps?

Do you already have an engine cage cause if so I think that wouldn’t be a bad idea. Just could be easier replacing the stock bump with a hydro in that location

I don't have an engine cage but I am gonna have an engine hoop from shock tower to shock tower. I don't know if that will be enough though. :notsure:

I would not without a full engine cage. Just the hoop will be nowhere near enough to mount the bump off.

And what tc fabbed spindle do you have? Or is it just their spindle gussets? Without a fully fabbed spindle I wouldn’t bump off the upper. Your just asking to bend them.

Gotcha. Might be worth a call to them just to get their thoughts about bumping off the uca with this setup. If the spindle wasn’t designed to handle that force it may still be a bad idea even with a full engine cage.
