By the time you get LT, 35’s and trim everything up as needed they will look fine.

Idk, depends on the bumper I guess. I’m not super stoked on mine at the moment but it’s not too bad I guess. More in my build but here’s a couple pics

It looks badass. Still my OCD is probably similar to yours where it makes everything need to be lined up - it would be cool for a first-ish fab project for making some extensions. I think @Zam15 had some like that on his bumper - the powdercoating issue would not be cheap, unless rattle can paint could cover it until it's time for new pc on the whole thing.

Psshhh rattle can all armor. It’s armor for a reason and should get used. $30 initial paint job per item and $5 touch up every 2 years.

Speaking of front bumpers, I’ll be adding these tie in pieces between my front bumper and engine cage and then building hood pin mounts off the new tubes.

Fiancé asked if I’d build a new bumper since it’s been over a year since I changed the look of things.

I agree with this but I also hate painting and the prep work required.

This is what's kept me from putting on my hybrid bumper that's been sitting in the garage for probably a year now hahaha. I hate painting!

That's what I have. I'm also terrible at getting nice coats...my work tends to look like someone pissed on the paint while it was drying

Dust the first two coats and then go heavier - try to get the part at eye level and you’ll have way better results. I use my engine hoist to do all sides at the same time and I love how easy it is that way.

Clearance is clearance for that spot. Nothing should be flexing to cause contact. However for peace of mind I’d personally like to see 1/4-1/2” clearance. If you need to I think they make 1/2” spacers or you could swap rims for some with less backspacing. That looks really tight, like the wrong rims for the truck.

My wheels are about that close to the caliper. There are some scrapes on both the wheel and caliper where shtuff has been in there but clearanced itself out.

I wouldn't. The front end is really wide as it is. I can't imagine having it any wider. Doesn't fit on some trails and I get more front sidewall flats than rear.
