Interesting just read on ttora, that if you have an automatic and the new axle doesnt have speeed sensors the tranny wont shift correctly, this is what I encountered when I converted to 4wd

diamond axles are the shit... only issue is i dont have 8 bills for just a housing lol. bummer. there is a dude with a 4 door wrangler near me with full width diamond axles front and rear on 37's, coilovers, 4 bar 4 link front and rear... the thing is clean as shit and actually sits rather low. maybe 4-6 inches of shock shaft exposed. so not much up travel, but tooonnnnsss of droop and gnar-ticulation. shit is clean as hell. next time i see it ill snap a few pics.

im not much into rock crawling but this wrangler is fucking sick.

tundra axles varied slightly each year as well. outside tire to tire with 11.5" tires im at 80"s out back.

And that is false that a tundra axle is wider, they are the same width. I have a T100 axle on my tacoma and i assure u no tundra is wider...

also it bolts right up to your driveshaft, but e- brake is no good and ABS would be crazy to do, break lines are different sixes. to make life much easier and much better off-road i pulled my e brake and ABS and converted the brake line over to American because i had to re-do it and American is much more common and cheaper
