Does your tire not stuff up into the fender? Looks like those are straight at the fender line and won’t allow the tire to tuck.

From what I can tell they'll clear. Going to find a ramp or something to really flex it. If it rubs I'll use a heat gun to deflect it more up

Gotcha. Didn’t want you to go hit a jump or something and then rip off and ruin your hard work.

Appreciated. I'm going to try flexing it with a jack, but I know leaf springs kind of act as their own torsion bar.

You could measure off of your bump to get full bump height and then from the top of the axle to the top of the tire. Adding a bit of wiggle room helps since stuff can flex.

    Mine had wrapped bushing sleeves.

the LCA was extremely tight fit, alignment was garbabe if I could remember. It was a “decent” kit, but if I could go back in time, I would have gone with something else.

I need to make some for the rear. My fronts have been holding up for the past 4 years. Not sure how people deal with mud in the door seal without having front liners.

Not sure who owns this truck, but this was inspiration for making my fender liners. I think this guy had his tacoma imported to some asian country after getting DMZ work. He extended his glass and made front and rear fender liners.

This is another TW member, who built his truck in Florida and then sent it down to south america. Also made fender liners for all the mud. He is running the DMZ kit, but only 14" shocks outside of the bed.

I ordered plastic from McMasterCarr, and have just been slowly trimming them to what I think will be the best fit, and just started mounting them. It's definitely a slow process to make it right and look good. Seems like every corner is different too. Cant even mirror left and right due to subtle glass differences.

I hear ya. My front fenders are off by about 1" between each side. I found a local plastics supply place and bought a 4'x8'x.090" of ABS. Cost like $50 when I did this 4 years ago. I also bought some poster board and made templates first. I used a lot of painters tape to get the shape I wanted. For the fronts I ended up with the following shapes. I will use the same process for whenever I do the rears. I do need to check how much flex I have in the rear. I might have to change how I make these.

My rears are definitely going faster than my fronts. Less weird curves. I've been using the cardboard that the plastic shipped in. Crazy you got that detailed with the relief cuts but I'm sure it's super clean
