nothing in the rear. Couldn't find anything long enough to put back there. But I really don't drive much. Since i live by chandler mall I just cruise my Electra Ticino (Bike) around town. I have had the same tank of gas for almost 2 weeks now.

Alright guys I need to be persuaded or disuaded on what to do.

My Deaver f67's are about as flat as they can possibly get and it looks like I broke one of the hardware clips on this last trip out. I called Deaver up and they want $175 to rearch/redo everything on the spring pack and another $30 for new bushings and of course whatever UPS charges to ship them there/back.

The alternative being Engage's Black Friday sale which has the 50-T pack up for $475.

I'm not going any bigger up front than what I already have. Only thing in the near future is a dual spare setup in the rear :spy:

Not sure what to do :notsure:

^I vote 50T pack. I wouldnt think a re-arch would last very long. they already wore out once and cant possibly hold a re-arch for longer then they held the original arch

Maybe i should have done a separate thread poll. :p
I realize this might be a subjective question, but how long are the springs supposed to last? It's not like I'm in the dirt every day. More like once every other month or so. My Deaver's will be 2 years old in January.

the 50T pack is a race pack. it's supposed to last longer. the F67 pack is geared more for prerunner/DD trucks. deaver had the H70 pack which was their race leaf pack.

i've head really good things about people switching to the 50T but be prepared for a shit ton of lift. the arch on those bad boys is huge and will give you tons of lift, but also tons of up travel...

another option is to have deaver build you a heavy duty F67 pack. somthing that will give about the same about of lift as a new F67 pack, but will hold weight better. custom packs run about $800... and you'll be able to sell your current F67's with ease on DR or RDC

They aren't that stiff. They do Give a lot of Lift. Blackhawke88 is running those 50t. His rear can really take a pounding, and its super smooth in the dirt. Hes only got a spare, a 3k ton jack, and a small cooler when hes out in the desert.

    no homo...

Yeah I'm still at the same indecisive position I was at before. :annoyed:

It seems all the people on here that have the 50T are second gens, and they seem to sit a bit taller than the first gens. And as Max pointed out a few weeks ago, the dude with a 1st gen that has them is running the burg race kit, 2 full spares and he still pulled out two leafs from the 50T.

The other thing I'm thinking about is I have the Giant kit with the King bypass shocks they sell with their "Link Killer" valving. Not sure how well the 50T and that valving would behave together. Maybe I'll just call Giant and ask WTF, why are these things flat after less than 2 years and see what they say.

jason, this guy has 50T (no leafs removed) and a cell, full cage, dual spares, and jack and still has lots o' lift out back. reg camburg kit up front, not race kit, stock spindles and 8" shocks. just to give you an idea on the lift provided by the 50T. i'm sure the truck handles like a champ, but the ride height is a bit higher than "ideal"

i'm not a fan of removing leafs, i'd call up giant and deaver and see what they say...
